About Me

My name is Satoru Uchida, a senior student at Oberlin College. I am from Tokyo, Japan, and curious about both the positive and negative physical/mental health outcomes of high-cost groups (mainly new religions), the damage of leaving high-cost groups for those who were born into them, and balancing community and individual rights. At Oberlin, I am majoring in psychology and religion to grasp the blueprint of my interest and seek to answers to my questions. While studying humanities, I love playing around with techy stuff such as 3D printing, wiring, flashing firmware into SBCs, build a NAS with unused laptop, etc.

Here are the classes I am taking/have taken.
