On January 14, Japanese prosecutors at the Nara prosecutor’s office said they finished the psychiatric evaluation of Tetsuya Yamagami, who got indicted on murder and firearm charges.
The news reports that Yamagami wants higher education after his service term. I assume he wants an education that he could not get when he was young.
